What Causes Acne? BLOOD TOXICITY ...

The function of the blood is to transport oxygen, cells, proteins, hormones and other substances around the body to all the organs and tissues. Your blood gives every muscle and organ in your body life. What is to happen if this blood is toxic? What causes acne? I'm sure if we put these questions together we are sure to find the acne cure.

Some of the main causes of acne are the toxins we are exposed to on a daily basis. Environmental factors are considered the number one place where exposure to toxins are at a high. We are constantly being exposed to high levels of metals and toxic compounds (e.g. carbon monoxide, lead in the water, the processed foods we eat, and the list goes on...) These factors may cause blood toxicity. Other factors to what causes acne can be high Homocysteine which causes you blood to be thicker creating poor circulation among other things. Having high Cholesterol or high triglycerides levels which is fat in your blood can also contribute to what the causes of acne are.

Homocysteine LEVELS: Taking Control

Delving even deeper into what causes acne lets take a look into what is Homocysteine. Homocysteine is an amino acid. Its a source of Sulfur in the body. Homocysteine can be both positive and negative. Too much is negative and can cause blood poisoning or toxic blood, it can also cause blood clots which lead to other serious illnesses. According to NHLBI studies the levels of homocystine can be determined by either genetics and or your environment and diet. Unfortunately you can not change genetics ... (actually you might be able to but that is another topic all together. ;)) What you can control right now is the level of homocystine in your blood.

Treatment

Homocysteine levels are affected by the intake of vitamins. Such Vitamins include the vitamin B; B12 and B6 especially folic acid. You can get these vitamins from food (diet) or purchase vitamins from any pharmaceuticals store. To make sure you are getting the correct dose of folic and vitamin B consult with your doctor. There are also OTC (over the counter) these might not be as strong as the prescription vitamins.

Foltx is usually prescribed to lower your homocystine level, its comprised of folic acid, Vitamins: B-12 and B-6.

There are other products with the same composition as Foltx: I will set up a review page on the best ones available if you choose this route. (Review page will becoming soon)
